How many guests can the space hold?
Up to 150 seated on our upper LOFT level. Further accomodations are available in the lower levels of Kawartha Downs and we'd be happy to arrange those details with you as well.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind. Booking early gives you the best selection of available dates, and we’d be happy to discuss our private tour packages and find the perfect fit for your visit.
Is the venue available for both day and evening events?
Yes, both day and night events are possible.
We ask for a 4 hour minimum booking for full bar service at your event.
What's included in the rental fee?
We have several packages available that can include tables, chairs, setup and clean up.
